He doesn&#8217;t mention anyone by the name of Nedeljkovi\u0107 or Tatomir. In his 1969 book &#8220;On the slopes of Beljanica&#8221; Damnjan Popovi\u0107 mentions a certain Nedeljkovi\u0107 \u010cedomir from the village of Pla\u017eane.
