Today the yearly commemoration was held at the monument in Garderen (the Netherlands) for the Serbian WWI soldiers who died in the Netherlands while returning home.
The Serbian ambassador for the Netherlands, H.E. Ms. Ksenija Milenković, together wit the First Counsellor (Dušan Vukić) and the Counsellor (Branislav Grbić), were also present and laid a wreath at the monument for those who never made it home after 4 years of war.
It is important that we remember the sacrifice those soldiers made for Serbia, but also remember the Dutch who helped them while being in the Netherlands.
